The piece is one of several short vocal works on the program, each created using cut-ups by William Burroughs from the newly-released book <em>The Travel Agency is on Fire<\/em>, by CUNY Press. The concert is part of the Experiments in Opera Series. <\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.centerforthehumanities.org\/program\/experiments-opera-travel-agency-fire\" title=\"Book\/Concert Info\"><strong>Book\/Concert Info<\/strong><\/a><br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/thestonenyc.com\/calendar.php?month=1\" title=\"Stone Calendar\"><strong>Stone Calendar<\/strong><\/a> <\/p>\n<p>Also, I am very excited to be playing a duet with Vanessa Rossetto at AMPLIFY 2015 on November 1st! Erstwhile Records, in conjunction with Shared Shapes, Issue Project Room, and Fridman Gallery, has put together a fantastic 3-day lineup including performances by Olivia Block, Maria Chavez, Kevin Drumm, Graham Lambkin, and others.
